Welcome to Cub Scout Pack 325, we are very excited you have decided to join us for a year of adventure and fun in the outdoors.  This packet contains all the basic information you will need to join Pack 325.   Here is a list of what is included in the packet and what is needed from you to join us.  

Tasks to Join Pack 325

• National Membership: Use the QR code provided on the page titled “Cub Scout Pack 325 National Registration”.  You will be asked to provide some basic information and pay your national fees.  For the 2025/2026 program year your national fee will be $109.

• Pack Dues: Each member will pay a local pack dues charge of $125.  This fee will cover general costs like awards, most even costs, a pack t-shirt, and some equipment repair and maintenance.  Please refer to the page titled “Cub Scout Pack 325 Annual Pack Dues” for payment instructions.

• Annual Calendar of Events: A calendar of events is provided for your reference.  See page titled “Cub Scout Pack 325 Pack Wide Events - 2025”.

• Consent to Participate and Medical Form: A three-page medical form and release titled “Informed Consent, Release Agreement, and Authorization” must be fully filled out, signed, dated and returned to the pack as soon as possible to ensure full coverage and support for your child.  Please make the completion of this form a priority.  

• New Uniform and Training Materials: Your child will need a cub scout uniform, and a training manual based on their school grade.  Please refer to the page titled “Cub Scout Uniform and Training Handbook” for uniform and training materials details.   

• WhatsApp Group Registration: Though not required, we recommend that you download the WatsApp app and join our pack group to get the latest information on current events.  Our WhatsApp QR code can be found on the page titled “Join our WhatsApp group for pack updates!”.
