Pack 325 Registration Forms for 2012-2013

Welcome back Pack 325. Our first Pack Meeting is September 5th at 6:45. You can get a jump-start on your 2012-2013 registration by filling out the following forms in advance and brining them to the pack meeting.

Returning Scouts need the following forms:

Pack 325 Registration form 2012-2013
BSA Medial form
Santa Clara County Council Emergency Medical Consent 2012

New Scouts also need to provide the BSA Youth Registration form.

Returning Adult Leaders and Committee Members need the following forms:

BSA Adult Registration form
