Pack 325 Registration Forms for 2012-2013

Welcome back Pack 325. Our first Pack Meeting is September 5th at 6:45. You can get a jump-start on your 2012-2013 registration by filling out the following forms in advance and brining them to the pack meeting.

Returning Scouts need the following forms:

  • Pack 325 Registration form 2012-2013
  • BSA Medial form
  • Santa Clara County Council Emergency Medical Consent 2012

New Scouts also need to provide the BSA Youth Registration form.

Returning Adult Leaders and Committee Members need the following forms:

  • BSA Adult Registration form
